Rebecca has called New Mexico home since 1995, when the Air Force brought her to Albuquerque’s Kirtland Air Force Base. Today, she combines her expertise as a real estate broker with her work as a licensed residential contractor, offering clients a level of insight that goes far beyond the traditional real estate experience.

As the owner of CRMN Design & Build, Rebecca brings a builder’s eye to every transaction—helping sellers identify strategic improvements that maximize value and guiding buyers in seeing a property’s full potential, not just its current condition.
